Prague - How can I stretch the future.
From a young age I have traveled and explored other cultures, there is and always will be one trip in my life that is a turning point. Prague.
This trip is one of those moments when you shed some fear and realize that it is possible to do what you dream and not need to run to your comfort zone. OK so i will set the scene. Imagine forty seventeen plus people all traveling to view some apparently beautiful artwork. I felt like inspector gadget as I always do when i fly due to the excessive amount of camera kit i carry at least this time i wasn't alone. My fellow artists and I definitely provided kit.
So after parking Ruby (my beloved car) i met with my friends that were on some level of blissful happiness to nervous tears in anticipation. If you know me you'll probably know i'm a funny flyer. Sometimes I'm chilling having a nap others i'm laying passed out in the center isle of the plane on oxygen, but you know, that's life.Apparently i was proof that if all goes bad lauren's probably done worse on a plane. I am sometimes accepted as knowledgeable and this was one of those times as i herded some friends through the various stages of check in with assistance of the leaders of the trip. After all of the security and triple checking in at different points i was stood at the bottom of an airplane staircase with a pack of boiled sweets, a bag full of cameras and a girl who looked like she might throw up. I made the choice not to run but stay and follow my passion into travel. Short flight. One hour thirty. Easy. Done.

One of the things I've always loved about travel is suitcases, and how massive some peoples are, what are they even carrying? This is one moment they regretted them. My room is seven floors up with no lift. This is going to be a long week. As we crashed into the room i realized I was in the right place at the right time for once, I'm going to love this.
To be continued.....(with more about that night and the next day. Stay tuned.)
